DVT pump is used for long time bed ridden patient to prevent deep vein thrombosis. For many patient conditions when patient is confined to bed for a duration and there is no movement there is a possibility of thrombus formation in blood flow which can cause cardiac arrest so to prevent thrombus formation DVT pump recommends by physician. One pair sleeves are provided those are connected to pump and air pressure is generated in alternative mode at a pressure of 40 recommended by WHO. Sleeves are attached to leg calf for putting pressure in both the leges or single leg as recommended by physician.
